Wagyu are a Japanese bread of cattle; they are slower maturing. This combined with a special diet makes more intense flavours in the meat. Time also makes the fat mix through the meat rather than on the outside. This is called "marbling". The more marbled the meat, the better quality of taste.

Wagyu meat is rich in monosaturated fats, amino acids, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids which is believed to lower cholesterol, reduce the risks of cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer disease and other conditions.

Our Wagyu are home bred and reared. We feed them a special diet with no chemicals and just natural ingredients which mostly are grown on our own farm.
